Update March 2008
Dear friends and partners,
As it is our custom, we would like to bless you and always let you know how much we appreciate you and your friendship with us.
Missions and missionaries are a vital segment of God’s global plan for all people. Your mission field is just outside the door of your house; my mission field is in the middle of Central America, where Pat and I, including so many of you, have helped us to:
- a) Establish God’s plans in this region of the world,
- b) Execute God’s strategies,
- c) Destroy the works of the enemy and
- d) Build new leaders and workers to carry on God’s mission.
All Christians need a deeper understanding and conviction of how John 3:16 reveals what:
- a) God provided for world missions,
- b) Jesus provided for world missions,
- c) All missionaries on the foreign field provide for world missions,
and how all Christians should be mindful of participating in this vital segment of God’s global plans for all people in one way or another.
I see this as an awesome opportunity to extend your spiritual sphere, influence and purpose of the Christian life through giving, praying and connecting your revelation of missions and the missionary with God’s plans for the world.
In conclusion, please receive this editorial as a spiritual means to help you grow even more as one of God’s chosen. We must work together.
